You know, it takes a certain gift to have everyone quoting you years after you’ve said something. But I guess it takes an even greater gift to have the thing just about come true. Yep, I’m pretty sure, now, that everyone will become world-famous for fifteen minutes – and blogs just moved the spotlight that little bit closer.
So, here we go: lights, camera, action!! Umm, actually I’m not quite ready yet – gimme fifteen minutes…

Mobile Homes
Noel the Ultimate Proofreader has got a new mobile phone. He tested it out on me today. One day, a thought will throw up a screen and your intended convo partner will appear in front of you like magic. A hologram, perhaps. mY aNDY wARTHOL mOMENT lOL
A Christmas Carol - Probably the most heartwarming story ever.
Alice In Wonderland - gives me the giggles.
Boy Wonder - Just makes me laugh, with the story tilted at the jauntiest of angles.
Peter Pan - I read it so many times the ink wore out! And yet it's been so long since I last read it, I've forgotten bits of what it's about. Fabulous.
Rival Schools at Marstone - reminds me so much of my school days. Very real.
Seize The Night - A first person 'pov' masterclass.
The Lord Of The Rings - the model for all 'epic fantasies', and established a genre on its own.
The Magician's Nephew - I loved the witch.
Use Of Weapons - Banks at his best. Sprawling and full of imagination.
